Ipsus is pleased to confirm that planning permission has now been granted for the redevelopment of 11–13 Edgeley Road, marking an important milestone for this residential-led scheme in the heart of SW4.
The approved plans will deliver nine high-quality new homes, comprising two apartments and seven terraced houses, replacing the existing dilapidated buildings with thoughtfully designed, modern homes that sit comfortably within the surrounding residential neighbourhood.
The scheme has been carefully developed to respect the character of the area while introducing contemporary living standards, strong architectural detailing and well-considered private outdoor amenity space for residents. Sustainability, daylight, and neighbour relationships have all been central to the design approach.
This approval follows earlier public consultation on the site, where the local community was invited to view the proposals and provide feedback. The successful outcome reflects Ipsus’s continued ability to navigate complex urban sites and secure planning for sensitive, high-quality residential development.
With planning now in place, Ipsus will move forward to the next stage of delivery, bringing much-needed new homes to this well-connected and vibrant part of Clapham.
