We are pleased to announce our Show Apartment in Balham is now open for walk-ins without prior bookings on Saturdays. This follows our recent launch where local bakery Dee Light kindly provided pastries and drinks to guests arriving to view the high specification scheme.

Planning permission granted for Plantation Wharf

Ipsus are pleased to announce planning permission has been granted by Wandsworth Council for the redevelopment of part of the Plantation Wharf Estate, which sits between Clapham Common and Wandsworth Town train stations, just south of the River Thames.

The redevelopment proposals have been progressed in association with the landowner Hermes and will see the creation of an exemplar development containing high-quality office space, retail and restaurant opportunities as well as new homes that will include an element of shared ownership affordable housing. The plans will create a new focal point for this part of Battersea riverside re-invigorating the public realm with an emphasis placed on pedestrian access and links to the river helping to create greater activity in the area. We would like to thank local residents, Council Officers and key stakeholders who were all involved in helping to shape the proposals.

Ipsus08 wins Best Apartment Scheme

Planning Application Submitted for Plantation Wharf

Following the public exhibitions held in July this year Ipsus are pleased to announce that in conjunction with Hermes a detailed planning application has now been submitted to Wandsworth Council for the proposed redevelopment of Plantation Wharf.

Ipsus08 up for a What House? Award

Ipsus are delighted to announce that our latest development, Ipsus08 a boutique scheme of just 9 luxury apartments in Blackfriars, SE1 has been shortlisted for the prestigious 2016 What House? Awards in the ‘Best Apartment Scheme’ category.

Having successfully obtained planning permission with Hermes for their building at Carlson House in Putney, Ipsus are delighted to again provide a development management role to Hermes in relation to the promotion of their property at Plantation Wharf in Battersea.
